Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the service price.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price.
Package sessions and promotional or Founders Pricing appointments are non-refundable. Missed sessions are forfeited.
This policy allows us to respect our time, prepare appropriately for your treatment, and accommodate other clients.
